You should have already received a notice from the TN Secretary of State informing you that your Annual Report is now due and must be filed no later than April 1, 2013, along with the annual $20.00 filing fee for Corporations and $300 filing fee for LLCs. If you don't file on time, you could risk administrative dissolution of your Corporation.
